Service Description

Valuable Biofeedback training using Heart Rate Variability, one session over one hour for teaching 2 HeartMath Techniques. Choose Quick Coherence, Heart Lock-In, Inner Ease, or Coherent Communication, depending on what is right for you at this time. Learn how to reduce anxiety and stress by increasing coping skills and learning coherence. If this is an in-person session in the vicinity of Clermont, Florida, we will measure the effect of the techniques with Technology called emWave Pro Plus to practice bringing you into Coherence. As a HeartMath Interventions Practitioner, I will teach two Biofeedback Techniques of your choice, with instruction, practice, Handouts, Videos, and a description of HeartMath Technology.
