6 Month Enlighten Program

Service Description

● 6 Month Enlighten Program with 1 on 1 coaching sessions with Janet Krein Bioenergetic Health Coach and HeartMath Interventions Practitioner, including one 90 minute session per month and three follow-up weekly sessions of 60 minutes and 30 minutes for 3.5 hours of coaching per month for the first 3 months, then 90 minutes per month and one 60 minute follow up session for 2.5 hours of coaching in the following 3 months. This 18 hour comprehensive program allows for intensive support in the beginning for meaningful and lasting behavioral change. The program includes a full HeartMath course with teaching all techniques early on with extensive practice time, printed materials and videos. ● The Enlighten Program includes at least 6 Energy 4 Life Bioenergetic Body Field scans obtained by voice scan in the 6 month period and will be available on your dedicated Energy4Life website with your personal login and access to many free resources including music, meditations, podcasts, recipes and all your previous scans. This includes a monthly written report by me with interpretation and suggestions for lifestyle changes specific to our coaching sessions, a free personalized meditation specific to your scan, affirmations and Mind body techniques to support your journey. ● The Enlighten Program includes a review of Health and Lifestyle practices, including exercise, sleep, stress levels, challenges, current supplements, environmental exposure screen, any recent laboratory or specialty testing, review of supplements taken, diet discussions based on sensitivities and the scan, and encouragement to create and sustain changes for better nutrition and balance. ● The Enlighten Program includes 5 free Infoceuticals per month for 6 months based on your specific scan and discussion of each infoceutical and how it works with your energy field and with HeartMath techniques to personalize the balance of your energy field. ● The Enlighten Program includes a free Inner Balance Coherence Plus Sensor that will measure your Coherence and Heart Rate Variability and a free yearly subscription to the HeartMath App ($79 value) with access to research, practice games and other HeartMath support. ●The Enlighten Program includes free ebooks from HeartMath or NES Health, and 3 sleeves of 30 X39 Phototherapy patches or a 3 month supply for daily use, free samples of other patches, free access to forms and printouts on my website with password access.
