Service Description
In this call we will go through a series of interview questions to determine if we are a good fit and you will hear more about the program and services that I offer. - We will discuss your goals for your health and any challenges that you currently have. We will go into detail about what you would like to change and I will listen and take notes as you speak about why you are seeking health coaching. I will then explain my program and together we will determine if we will be working together. For your time, you will recieve a free ebook from Energy 4 Life about Bioenergetics and a free handout about the Quick Coherence technique from HeartMath.
